SADI - S (Simple duodeno - ileal bypass anastomosis with sleeve gastrectomy) is a bariatric surgical technique for weight loss. SADI - S is a type of bariatric surgery type with a single anastomosis. It has a restrictive component when reducing the large curvature of the stomach, but especially a component of malabsorption, the common channel is also reduced.
